The "Synchro Method Key" was developed in the early days of Russian Space Travel. From the very beginning, it served the purpose of not letting stress situations dominate, but instead solved the problem at hand which is causing the stress. The cosmonauts mastered this technique so perfectly, that they managed to cope with stress and nervousness "with their minds". In MOONSHOT, we fall back on the basic form of "KEY" and resolve tension and stress with five elementary movement exercises. By the way, the success is phenomenal - and a little exercise in between can never hurt ;-)
